Embedding a Quiz on a Website – Universal Embed

Embedding an AdsQuiz quiz on your website

In this guide we'll look at how to use an AdsQuiz quiz as a full part of your website – not just as a standard form, but as a widget, popup or interactive block on different pages.

Today a quiz can be added to a website in different formats, depending on your goals. It can work as a full page for audience segmentation or as a separate interface element that helps you collect leads.

You can place the quiz in different parts of your website:

• as a block on a page;
• as a popup;
• as a chat form;
• as a side panel;
• as an interactive hint or launch button.

Different display triggers are also available:

• after a certain time on the website;
• on a button click;
• when the visitor tries to leave the page (exit intent);
• automatically when the page loads.

This lets you fine-tune how the quiz behaves and increase conversion for each user scenario.

Setting up the quiz embed

Step 1. To install the quiz on your website, go to your quiz settings and open the «Install quiz on website» section.

Then do the following:

  1. Enter the domain where the quiz will be placed.
  2. Choose the display format (block, popup, widget, etc.).
  3. Set the quiz size or use one of the ready-made options.
  4. If needed, set your own display parameters manually.
  5. Choose the devices (desktop, mobile or all).

You can also customise the appearance:
• button colors;
• icon colors;
• interface element styles.

💡 Tip: use the appearance settings – they let you fully adapt the quiz to your website's design.

Step 2. Generating and inserting the code

After setting everything up, click «Generate code» – the system will create a script to embed.

Paste it into the relevant block or section of your website template.

Step 3. Checking that it works

After publishing, check:

• how it looks on desktop and mobile;
• that the display triggers work (click, time, exit intent);
• that requests are collected correctly.

⚠️ Important:Before embedding, make sure the domain is added in the AdsQuiz settings.
